Previous retail management experience (preferred)

Strong background in training/development and customer service

Healthy obsession with social media (it’s a thing)

What You’ll Do:

Create and maintain the Esther Penn vibe: Laid back like Cali, and friendly like Texas. Customers should feel genuinely welcomed, but never overwhelmed. More a friend than a customer, each person coming through the doors should feel that they are returning to a familiar space, ours just happens to be filled with fabulous clothes.

Keep the shop in tip-top shape: We like a girl that can get her hands dirty. We have found that the most impressive things are in the details, and we need someone who is aware of them all.

Create a visual aesthetic that is on brand and increases productivity: You will work closely with our merchandise team to stay within certain guidelines, but fresh ideas and new perspectives are a must.

Hire, staff, and schedule your team: Find people that you can relate to, count on, and have some fun with. We need a team that works hard and loves playing dress up as much as we do.

Maintain operational tasks: Ordering packaging, planning events at the shop, inventory management, and receiving and organizing shipments.

Manage e-commerce store: Fulfill all e-commerce orders, maintain virtual customer relations, keep accurate inventory of all online product.

Meet and exceed sales goals: Get new customers in the door, follow up with old customers, plan events in the store, find groups to reach out to, contribute to social media management, and generate new ideas for driving business.

Compensation Summary

Starting salary is $40,000- $48,000/year, depending on experience

Bonus opportunity based on achievement of company and individual performance goals

$300/month towards health insurance

14 days paid time off

Dallas Part-Time Stylist

Treat your job as if you are shopping with your girlfriends- You are responsible for sales and customer service in an energetic and comfortable environment. 

Styling looks and building relationships with customers. 

Keeping the store in tip-top shape/ Maintain product merchandising, replenish products and keep the store looking clean. 

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and current trends. 

10-15 Hours per week/ Must have weekend availability
